Take a break – Kalinaw – #WordHighJuly

Shot at Marine Drive, Mumbai; India

Kalinaw – #WordHighJuly

When life gets stressful
When things go haywire
When nothing works as per the plan
Take a break and look at the tides…

It will soothe you, it will relax you,
Calm you, and give you some peace,
Stirring in a new hope, it will make you believe:
Like the tides, new opportunities will come again,
Regardless of it being good or bad,
You will get one more chance.

Written for WordHighJuly, and today’s Filipino word is:

‘Kalinaw’: which means ‘Serenity, Tranquility’.

  1. Yes, life sometimes baffles us, and it is good to know how to refind our calm when. The sea is a great way. Very interesting to me is that yesterday night before I went to wed, I had an email from a friend who was in that state of having trouble finding it.Many thanks for sharing this image of peace with SEASONS – so much appreciated! Have a great rest of the week and “see” you back next week!

  2. Great entry for ‘Repeat’. I only just spotted the link to our 52 Week Photo Challenge at the bottom. To be sure I don’t miss you it would be great if you could put a link in the comments on my blog post, or Cathy’s – thanks – I wouldn’t want to leave you out of the Round-Up. ❤
